  2. Refund Eligibility:

    • Within 7 Days of Project Initiation: If the cancellation request is made within 7 days of project initiation, a full refund will be issued. This period allows clients to review the initial stages of the project and decide if they wish to proceed.
    • After 7 Days but Before 50% Project Completion: If the cancellation request is made after 7 days but before 50% of the project completion, a 50% refund will be issued. This partial refund accounts for the work already completed and resources allocated to the project.
    • After 50% Project Completion: No refunds will be issued once the project is 50% or more complete. By this stage, significant progress has been made, and resources have been extensively utilized.
  3. Project Termination:

    • Upon cancellation, all work on the project will cease immediately. Our team will compile all deliverables completed up to the point of cancellation and provide them to the client.
    • Clients will receive a detailed report outlining the work completed, including any design drafts, code, and other relevant materials.
  4. Additional Costs:

    • Any third-party costs incurred by Takahost Web Solution on behalf of the client will be deducted from the refund amount. These costs may include, but are not limited to, domain registration fees, hosting fees, and software licenses.
    • Clients will be provided with a breakdown of these costs to ensure transparency.
  5. Dispute Resolution:

    • In the event of any disputes regarding the cancellation or refund process, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication.
    • If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the dispute may be escalated to mediation or arbitration as a means of finding a fair and impartial solution.
    • Both parties agree to refrain from pursuing legal action until all other avenues of dispute resolution have been exhausted.
  6. Project Reinstatement:

    • If a client wishes to reinstate a cancelled project, a new agreement will need to be established. This agreement will outline the scope of work, timelines, and costs associated with resuming the project.
    • Any previous payments made will be credited towards the new agreement, minus any costs incurred during the initial project phase.
  7. Client Responsibilities:

    • Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals to ensure the project progresses smoothly. Delays in feedback or approvals may impact the project timeline and refund eligibility.
    • Clients must also ensure that all necessary information and materials are provided to Takahost Web Solution to facilitate the development process.
